HEALTH AND P.E.

In this elective the students will understand and explore the 7 fundamental movement patterns that are the basis for all movement. Students will develop their coordination, utilise safety practises and join fundamental movement patterns together to form complex movements. Students will apply their knowledge to sport and game situations and have the opportunity to teach others through self-made tutorials using iPads.
